Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed the same business day after payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Free Shipping
We currently offer free shipping on all eligible orders. No additional shipping fees will be charged unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control. Domestic orders generally arrive sooner than international orders, but all delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may not update immediately.

Shipping Delays
Heavenly Solutions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs agencies, weather events, labor disruptions, inaccurate shipping information provided by customers, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customer Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local government or customs authority. These charges are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, or other customer-related reasons, we reserve the right to require additional payment before reshipping the order or to issue a refund at our sole discretion.

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Heavenly Solutions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your order arrives damaged or if you experience a shipping issue, please contact us as soon as possible at HeavenlySolutionsTeam@gmail.com so we can review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
